At Unscripted Leaders, we use improvisation (or “improv”) as a teaching tool, because practicing improv helps us gain the adaptability advantage. In both team and 1-on-1 sessions, we combine improv with leading theories and best practices from neuroscience, positive psychology, and business. Our sessions provide you and your team with principles to stay grounded in the midst of change, set each other up for success, and approach mistakes with a resilient, growth mindset.

Meet Zoe
Zoe Galvez, Founder of Unscripted Leaders, has introduced thousands of people to the magic of improv. She is a pioneer in bringing improvised theater to the world of business, with over 15 years of experience in leadership consulting, executive coaching and facilitation.
As a highly trained specialist in transformative education, she has a unique gift for designing and delivering dynamic, leading edge programs that spark creativity, deepen trust, and improve communication.
Zoe is also a professional actor and member of the Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Radio and Television Artists. You’ll find her onstage at the nationally-acclaimed BATS Improv and as a faculty member at the Tony Award-winning Berkeley Repertory Theatre.
